ETF

An ETF, or Exchange-Traded Fund, is a type of investment fund that holds a collection of assets, such as stocks, bonds, or commodities, and is traded on stock exchanges, similar to individual stocks.

ETFs are popular because they combine the benefits of diversification with the flexibility and ease of stock trading.

The Analysis view for an ETF includes information about the fund such as its expense ratio, sector(s) that the fund is invested in, and a list of holdings and respective weights. Example ETFs are SPY and QQQ, representing the holdings of the S&P 500 and NASDAQ respectively.
