Company Filing

The Company Filing event may be used to receive notifications when a ticker symbol you are tracking files an 8-K, 10-K or 10-Q with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission). For example, you may wish to be notified when Microsoft (MSFT) files a new quarterly report (10-Q).
