Insider Acquisition

The Insider Acquisition event may be used to receive notifications when an insider for a ticker symbol you are tracking acquires shares above defined limits. For example, you may wish to be notified when a Microsoft (MSFT) insider acquires more than 500 shares or $250K total value in shares.
